Where We ClimbThe Aiguilles Rouges is one of the main areas for multi-pitch rock
climbing around Chamonix.Depending on conditions, experience, and your goals, possible objectives include routes around Brévent and Flégère, Aiguille de l’Index, Aiguille du Belvédère, Chapelle de la Glière, and other classic granite routes.
For experienced climbers, we can also look at longer and more technical routes in the Mont Blanc massif.
Choose Your ObjectiveYour First Multi-Pitch ClimbIf you have experience climbing in the gym or on single-pitch rock but have never climbed a long route, this is a great way to discover multi-pitch climbing.
We focus on movement on alpine rock, rope management, belaying, anchors, rappelling, and efficient climbing.
Improve Your Multi-Pitch SkillsAlready comfortable climbing outdoors?
We can use one or several days to improve your technique and independence on longer routes. Depending on your goals, this can include anchor building, rope management, rappelling, route finding, and learning to lead pitches.
Classic Chamonix Multi-Pitch RoutesIf you already have solid outdoor climbing experience, we can choose a longer and more technical route suited to your level.
The objective can be selected according to the conditions, your climbing ability, and the type of experience you are looking for.
How Many Days?A single day is enough to discover multi-pitch climbing and climb a classic route.
For better progression, I recommend two or more days. We can start with an accessible route and gradually increase the difficulty as your confidence and efficiency improve.
